Here’s my story..

Hey there! I'm Kelli, and I graduated from NKU with a BA in Communications and Marketing. After spending fifteen years in the corporate world, I decided to follow my heart and open up Wildfire Yoga, my very own yoga studio. Now, I'm living in Lexington, KY with my husband and daughter.

My journey with yoga began in my early 30s, and it's been a continuous source of learning and growth ever since. I'm proud to be an ERYT-500 hour instructor, a teacher trainer with Yoga Alliance, and have an additional 45 hours in anatomy and kinesiology. Certified in Reiki, Thai Yoga, an International yoga retreat leader, and a certified Mindset Coach, I'm all about bringing mindfulness into every aspect of life.

My passion for mindfulness has paved the way for my success as an entrepreneur, and I'm living a life full of intention and gratitude. Now, I'm here to coach and guide others on implementing these principles for a more fulfilling life. Let's live life to the fullest!

Join my 14-Day Mindfulness Challenge

I created this challenge to bring attention to mindfulness and how we can apply it to everything that we do. Being more present will bring more value to your life and others. My hope that after this challenge you will have more knowledge of what mindfulness is and the ways that you can implement it into your daily life.

  • I am very happy to have participated in the 14-Day Mindfulness Challenge. The Challenge helped me realize how I mindlessly rush through my daily activities (always multitasking) and I need to slow down and be more present. With Kelli’s compassionate and expert guidance I’ve made small changes which have significantly helped to reduce my anxiety and stress. Kelli’s tips and strategies were easy and effective in guiding me to be more mindful in my day to day activities. For example - simply taking the time to slow down and focus on my surroundings when taking a walk has transformed a chore that needed to be done into an activity that I plan and look forward to and I’m walking much more as I’m really enjoying my walks.

  • The14-day mindfulness challenge gave me the opportunity to reflect on my day to day activities that I take for granted. The challenge made me realize I need to slow down, be more present with others and while doing the basics: sleeping, walking, eating, breathing. Taking time to appreciate the surroundings while walking, enjoying the flavors of my food, really disconnecting from the busy environment and taking time to be mindful have been small changes I have adapted to my daily life to reduce my stress and anxiety.

  • I took alot away from this. I'm slowly implementing the mindfulness principles into a daily routine. I really like the bedtime routine, because I'm bad about watching TV or looking at my phone. Now I look forward to a hot shower and just going to bed. I'm working on the others, but it's baby steps. I'm horrible at routines, but I'm doing it little by little. This way a good way of learning and I enjoyed it.

  • I participated in Kelli’s Accountability Challenge, and I really enjoyed it! It was so helpful having the challenges delivered through email so that I could read and implement them at my own pace. I also loved the zoom check ins. It was great hearing what others were doing too! My favorite challenges were the ones focused on daily habits and rituals. I was able to look at these things critically, and make some small but meaningful changes.
