Through living a more mindful life that is in line with our values that has a focused plan we have the power to fully transform our thinking and therefore our lives.

Price : 2 payments of $800 monthly

Includes: 

  • 6 private 50 minute private coaching sessions

  • Audio meditations for each week over 6 weeks 

  • A weekly check-in email from me

  • Tools to understand when you slip back into old habits and patterns

  • Voxer support Tuesday- Thursday 10-3pm

Price: $1600 (plus 3% processing fee)

Dip your toes into the world of mindfulness with our 4-week Mindful Starter Package designed to kickstart positive change in your life.

Price: One-time payment of $697

Includes:

  • 4 private 60-minute coaching sessions

  • Weekly audio meditations for relaxation and focus

  • Email support for questions and reflections

  • Mindfulness tools to recognize and shift old habits

  • Voxer support (Limited to Tuesday and Thursday 10 am - 2 pm)

Over 90 days, you'll receive personalized guidance to elevate your business to new heights.

Price : 3 payments of $750 monthly

Includes: 

  • 6 one-hour business coaching sessions (in-person or virtual with recording available)

  • We will take a deep dive into your business, look at your bottlenecks, staffing, pricing strategy, and social media 

  • Review marketing strategy and audit your daily task list 

  • Coaching session notes, takeaways and next steps will be captured in a shared google doc that is yours to take with you 

  • Voxer support Monday - Wednesday 9am-12pm

Clear the Chaos: Your 14-Day Journey to Mindfulness

I created this challenge to bring attention to mindfulness and how we can apply it to everything that we do. Being more present will bring more value to your life and others. My hope that after this challenge you will have more knowledge of what mindfulness is and the ways that you can implement it into your daily life.

  • I am very happy to have participated in the 14-Day Mindfulness Challenge. The Challenge helped me realize how I mindlessly rush through my daily activities (always multitasking) and I need to slow down and be more present. With Kelli’s compassionate and expert guidance I’ve made small changes which have significantly helped to reduce my anxiety and stress. Kelli’s tips and strategies were easy and effective in guiding me to be more mindful in my day to day activities. For example - simply taking the time to slow down and focus on my surroundings when taking a walk has transformed a chore that needed to be done into an activity that I plan and look forward to and I’m walking much more as I’m really enjoying my walks.

  • The14-day mindfulness challenge gave me the opportunity to reflect on my day to day activities that I take for granted. The challenge made me realize I need to slow down, be more present with others and while doing the basics: sleeping, walking, eating, breathing. Taking time to appreciate the surroundings while walking, enjoying the flavors of my food, really disconnecting from the busy environment and taking time to be mindful have been small changes I have adapted to my daily life to reduce my stress and anxiety.

  • I took alot away from this. I'm slowly implementing the mindfulness principles into a daily routine. I really like the bedtime routine, because I'm bad about watching TV or looking at my phone. Now I look forward to a hot shower and just going to bed. I'm working on the others, but it's baby steps. I'm horrible at routines, but I'm doing it little by little. This way a good way of learning and I enjoyed it.

  • I participated in Kelli’s Accountability Challenge, and I really enjoyed it! It was so helpful having the challenges delivered through email so that I could read and implement them at my own pace. I also loved the zoom check ins. It was great hearing what others were doing too! My favorite challenges were the ones focused on daily habits and rituals. I was able to look at these things critically, and make some small but meaningful changes.
